Return Policy

1. Return Period:You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
   Personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used.

3. Return Process:
   Contact customer support to initiate the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
   We cover return shipping for incorrect or damaged items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

5. Refunds:
   Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:
   We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for exchanges.
